• My experience was wonderful, and I had everything I could want or need once I figured out how things worked. The only negative was when I checked in 45 minutes early for my appointment, I was told to have a seat instead of being shown back to use the amenities. I wasn't offered a drink or anything. After half an hour I asked the front desk and they showed me back and apologized.
