                                    Please remember:

                                    Filler, Tox and Kybella Appointments - No aspirin, Aleeve, ibuprofen, fish oil, red wine, or other blood thinners at least 48 hours before your treatment. TYLENOL IS OK. Arnica Pellets are recommended to prevent bruising and swelling. Starting 3 days befere your appointment, take 3 pellets 3 times a day. If you have an issue finding where to purchase the Arnica Pellets, we have them for sale in our office. Please remember to remove any make-up from the treatment area(s) prior to arriving.  

                                    Laser Appointments - Clean Skin Only! No make-up, lotion, or sunscreen. No CAFFEINE and please drink 8oz. of water before appointment.

                                    Laser Hair Removal - No tanning or sray-tanning for 4 wks prior. No caffeine or alcohol. No plucking, tweezing, or waxing area to be treated at least 2-3 weeks prior. DO SHAVE THE NIGHT BEFORE your appointment.

                                    Kybella Appointments - 24 to 48 hrs before injection exclude Niacin, high-sodium foods, high sugar foods, ferined carbohydrates, caffeine, alcohol, or cigarrettes
