Rita always succeeds in keeping me refreshed and feeling beautiful. She is an amazing professional and a woman who gives of herself to her clients. I am blessed to be a long time client for life!

Horrible experience. I am new to Sarasota and went to Rita Medical Elite for a facial procedure . My experience was absolutely terrifying. I filed a complaint in hopes to start an investigation. I would never recommend Rita Medical Elite.

I've never felt more comfortable than I do at Rita's! I was nervous about having my lips done but I fully trusted her. I had a mini done and I am in love! My lips look so natural and I'm very pleased. No one would know I've had them "done" and I truly enjoyed getting to know Rita. Roxanne is also an amazing woman that I loved meeting! Once you go you'll never want to go anywhere else!

Staff was rude and unprofessional. With so many other good places around, why waste my time? I waited a month for an appointment to have it cancelled previously by the receptionist who blamed me for her mistake.

Did lip filler for the first time with Rita in January and she's amazing. Top notch at what she does and her technique is detail oriented and precise. She's awesome

Coming from Scottsdale to Sarasota I was concerned that I would not find the quality care I was use to there. After watching Rita's videos on YouTube, I felt that she would be a good fit for me. Still somewhat apprehensive, I called for my appointment. Was taken back a bit at the month wait time for an appointment. However, thought it was a good sign that Rita was that busy. When I met Rita and her right arm as she so friendly call her assistant... I was at peace. She calmed my fears with her knowledge, and I knew she was at the top of her field. She carries some of the best products, and fills in the weak spots with her own line, which I received samples to try! I left there happy with the service I received, book several other services, that I had scheduled at other places, and will be seeing Rita for all my cosmetic needs. Her and her staff were a great find in the area. If for any other reason , stop by and try her products!!!!!ask about their services ... they have many that are not on their website! See you there

I have been a customer for a couple of years and have spent thousands of dollars, I am a business woman in town with many professional friends that have resources to contribute to the beauty and upkeep of themselves. Rita does nice work, but to say I feel appreciated for my business is definitely not the case. She has never thanked me for my continued loyalty or thanked me for my referrals. Her desk staff lacks courtesy, charisma and professionalism in dealing with clients. I hat to think this reflects Rita, but it does flows down. It is all about the whole experience, from start to finish and if you do not feel good from the moment you walk in there, then it does not give you confidence in the service you are about to receive. I recently asked if I could possibly get in earlier for my appointment due to a huge last minute event I will be attending. You would have thought I had asked for free service! I was treated rudely and told- "good luck - I have three pages of people waiting ahead of you to get in here." There is a nice way of saying no or possibly saying that they would do their best in trying to accommodate my request.. This desk attendant shrugged her shoulders at me. She had no clue as to customer service. For this, I will take my business and anyone else that will come with me, elsewhere. Rita Medical Elite, yes - "Elite" is what they consider themselves. :-(
