Cozy room. We were greeted & checked in. Told where to hang our coats, where the washroom was, etc. Very welcoming place. We were running slightly late & her calm demeanor was instantly relaxing for us. Thank you! Sound bath was excellent!

For my first time ever doing yoga I was very impressed with the facility, the team members, the loving and nurturing environment that was created there. The first time instructor Jenny made me incredibly comfortable by explaining and even offering modifications for things beginners may not be comfortable with. When I decide to take another class it will defiantly be at your facility. Thank you!
