My first time at riding lotus was magical! Restorative Yoga was just what I needed. At the end the instructor, Emile I believe, suggested classes based on my intention to “let go” in this season of life. The aesthetic of the studio is like walking into higher vibrations. I loveddd loved everything about it even the cozy floors we sat on and the big round gold gong in the room sets the mood as the overall every of the places and the people was welcoming this is just the third place I’ve been searching for to give me peace outside of my home.
