Loved the environment. Very cozy and peaceful. Love the class I took. It flowed so nicely. Meditation to movement to sound bath. I left feeling really relaxed.

Gina is always amazing and the people who hold space in the circle are also lovely. I would just ask the noise level of activity that is happening in the room behind the curtain be adjusted. The loud talking was a bit distracting.

Every class is unique, planned with such care and intention and a wonderful balance of movement, creativity, stretching and meditation. The space is welcoming and relaxing and the instructors are inspiring and kind. I've participated in over 100 classes at Rising Lotus and have left every single one in a state of bliss.
