I love the atmosphere and all of the instructors are wonderful. Starlite's classes warm my soul and it's like she can read or sense just what we collectively need out of each class. Wonderful!

I'm a stage 4 cancer patient still going through treatment and it was recommended to me that I join yoga to further heal me. I have only attended 2 classes with Starlite and it has already had such a positive impact on my well-being and how I breathe. I went from being nervous (for my first class) to looking to sign up for class every day. I immediately felt welcomed & comfortable. I did not know a single pose but I am learning and don't feel judged if I am unfamiliar with something. I love the energy that I receive during class which is why I plan on attending more classes as I am very eager to learn.
