Rising Lotus is my sanctuary for my crazy life! I love the instructors, especially Starlight, Titi, Diane, and Emile. My yoga practice with Rising Lotus was/is the reason I wanted to become more healthy, and in the process I have lost more than 45lbs in one year. The bonding time that my daughter, husband and I have at the classes we take together is invaluable as well. 💛
