Starlite was so fun! Her playful energy was perfect for a morning flow. I hadn't taken a yoga class with a group in years and she made me feel comfortable. Starlite had a great playlist, she gently adjusted postures, and she had additions like essential oil, sage, and reiki touches to guide the session. I definitely want to take another class with her.
