• I chose it because all the employees were so kind to me. Decided to try this workout facility and drove almost an hour in traffic from Marina Del Rey. Arrived right after class begun, and all the instructors and front desk employees were happy to assist and get me going for my first time at Rise Nation. I liked the workout, but loved the employees. Often times it's hard to find a studio that employees make it easy to come back time and time again. Great job to all employees working last night thanks for making my first rise nation experience great! Also to the new instructor, he killed it.

• I would recommend this workout to anyone looking for a tough cardio session. The first class is super challenging getting used to the movements and the machine, but once you get used to it, it's fun, intense and goes by (relatively) quickly.

• It was such a nice send off for Tommy. I really think RN lost one of its most inspiring instructors. His energy, enthusiasm and ability to connect with others will be missed. I was quite sad to see him go. Please bring him back. No other instructor is like him. He's the only one of the many I even know by name. He reaches out to each person, looks them in the eye and helps restore confidence and an eagerness to return. I booked my classes specifically to see him. It's not always about the level

• Adam's class is SO MUCH FUN! He's such a great instructor that you don't realize how hard you're working out until you find yourself drenched head to toe in sweat.

• It was a great workout in a short amount of time and Adam was so fun and encouraging! Please make one in Boston! I was wearing my Myzone during the class, and I burned as many calories and got as many effort points as I do in another hour long course. I was smoked, but feeling so high after that climb! Haha
