• The desk staff and teachers are friendly and helpful, although after an absence I felt like the studio is starting to show signs of wear (my machine worked ok, so once we got started I didn't care about the slight smell). The website experience continues to be frustrating. It's hard to sign in (my password never works somehow), it's hard to see the schedule, and hard to buy classes. There seem to be a lot of unnecessary clicks and hoops to jump through.

• The staff is so friendly and down to earth. That means a lot to me living in this city. I love the class itself. It's a great intense, high energy , fast, fun workout. Amazing instructors. And I like thay it's dark!

• Staff is phenomenal. Beast instructors, great workout and choice of music. It never felt an intense workout not until after the workout, where you see yourself drenched in sweat and you could feel a good sore in your muscles. I live far but I really don’t mind driving to weho to get my workout w/ rise! Definitely worth it.
