I love Rise! They offer classes that accommodate my schedule and likes. It’s a convenient location and the instructors are well trained!

The instructor was really great for it being my first time. The atmosphere was good

Class was fun and Sarah kept it interesting by having us use different Pilates resistance bands. Love that it was outside as well. I would definitely check out the gym in Hamburg.
