Rise is an incredible facility with experienced and fun instructors, a diverse array of classes to make you sweat, and equipment which is well-maintained and top in their respective markets. The owner is also a terrific human and mother!

This was my first spin class, Missy did a great job of explaining how everything would work throughout the class. The establishment is very nice, updated and clean, and the workout kicked my ass!
