• Always room to improve. Fred and Lady are not giving us they areas that they want improved yet . When they start talking you will be the second ones to now.

• Always great service. Staff is very friendly. Reason for 9 and not 10 is just recognizing it's a school. Sometimes the cuts aren't always consistent but they are cheap so I recommend the service to everyone I meet. Please know that the haircuts and service are awesome but there is some variation across students as they deal with different styles and hair types. Our dog is always fluffy and smells amazing. So, again, I highly recommend Rio, especially the school side. Well worth it!
