• I would have chosen 10, except Rocky's lunch container and bones were not returned to me. This has happened several times. I didn't think about it until I got back home, but it would be nice if it was given back to me at time of pick up. We live 10 miles away, so it's a bit inconvenient. I was very happy with the grooming though.

• Rio always does what they can to accommodate the cute haircut I request. They take their time, do a really, really good job, and are super professional. My two small dogs never get up set going there which is HUGE to me!
