• Very pleased with the grooming of Tillie. The groomer was thoughtful and listened to what I wanted. The only issue I had was originally I was told pick up time would be 2 hours so 11 AM, then it was 11:30 AM and when I actually dropped her off, it was Noon. So I had some plans that I had to rearrange due to the changes. I would have thought it would have been 3 hours, but was assured it would only be 2...
