• First time bringing my puppy to your dog grooming site. Was recommended by Vet and neighbor who take their dog to your facility for grooming. When I setup the appt I was told that there'd be an additional charge of $15.00 dollars since I asked to have her bottom clipped and a little off her feet. When I got there I was told no and if I wanted that I'd have to reschedule. Seems there was a communication problem between the tech who was assigned to groom her and the person who took the call. Just a minor issue but would like to make sure we don't experience that again. Also, they missed trimming her dew claws. Something groomers should look for since most breeders are not having them removed.
