• I would have given a 10 rating (Amanda did a great job), but think Rio should allow customers to see their dog and the final cut before the tip amount is requested and applied. I would compare it to being asked to tip at a restaurant before dinner is served. As this was our first visit to Rio, we were not familiar with the pull up and drop off process outside. That said, we will definitely be coming come back and will highly recommend your business to our friends. Thanks again to Amanda for a job well done!
