• My dog does not like strangers and gets very nervous with new people and new scenarios. When is groomer put them in the trunk, He actually started kissing her face. I have a couple friends that he loves to see, but doesn't even give them kisses. The fact that you guys are able to make him feel comfortable to the point he gave out kisses warmed my heart.

• Fast, friendly and excellent service!! We were leaving town and needed our dog groomed before we left. Rio was the ONLY grooming service that stepped up to help accommodate us with such notice. Customer service is everything to us and Rio showed us that they understand that. Well done staff!
