• Everything works very efficiently (text and email confirmations) and everyone I talked with on the phone was really nice. Hailey, the groomer, was wonderful and really listened to what I said about my kitty, Fez. It gave me a sense of comfort and she did a beautiful job of grooming him and in a shorter period of time than I expected. I could tell Fez felt great, because he strutted around the house when we got home. I'll definitely be back and thank you!
