• We have always been happy with the services that you provide for Maddie. Were concerned this time however, because she had a bald spot above her right eye, like she had been shaved way too close, when we picked her up. No mention was made when the staff handed her over to us.
• My dog looked and smelled great. It only took an hour so the appointment was timely. The groomer was kind and explained the process.

• All the groomers are so sweet. I apologize to the groomer who worked on my dog. I thought I authorized a tip on my credit card. My bank statement shows a charge from what was done only. There was no tip added to the card which I wanted her to have.
