• A) I would prefer to see the facilities at least once. B) We found matted hair behind our dog's ears when we got home. C) When I called, I was told that we only had to pay for one professional grooming and if our dog behaved then she could be accepted for the school grooming. However, the groomer said that our dog was a real sweetheart and was great to trim, but that we would need one or two more professional cuts before she's eligible for the school discount. I don't know which of these stories is correct. D) Our groomer, Rachael, was very nice and our dog turned out very cute.
