• The receptionist always makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. The groomers always ask how I want Sadie groomed and are so kind to her. They let me know how sure was during the grooming and how she interacted with them. I feel more comfortable letting them take her knowing they care. We love how well she is groomed and how they check in before giving her to me. I like how the they me a heads up when they are close to getting done so I can be there on time
