Even though the atmosphere is very relaxing,the classes always challenge me. And I love that!
To say I've been pleasantly surprised by Revive's program for yoga beginners would be an understatement. At my age (61) it seemed risky to take up such a physically demanding activity. Now, I think it'd be risky to give it up. Telling my friends about the benefits is becoming part of my daily routine. We'll see how many give it a try. All I know is that I'm glad someone told me about them & I want to help spread the word. Namaste !
The studio is a beautiful, restful space and Ryan is a terrific instructor.
