The atmosphere was very zen, the instructor and practice was quite good, and it in general was a very pleasant experience. I would say the only reason it wasn't a 10 was because it didn't blow me entirely away.
My personal optimism concerning Revive couldn't be hire. My reason for the 9 rating rather than 10 has to do with MY wanting everyone I know to benefit from the services Revive offers. Sometimes, folks have legitimate reasons for not wanting to give it a go. You'd have found me among such folks even 6 months ago. It was difficult to get past some internal prejudice concerning yoga as something practically alien. I became willing to give it a chance BY chance after an unexpected conversation with someone who'd benefited greatly from yoga after suffering a serious debilitating injury. Now, I'm working on the same organic approach which had been afforded me, rather than working the hard "sell" which I've tried with a couple of friends. I had a seed planted in my mind at an opportune time. My hope is to do the same.
Very calming and welcoming space. Great teacher and class. My body feels great and my mind feels a lot better than it did when I walked in.
