• I’ve been going to Resilience to see Angela weekly for massages sinceJuly 2017 due to orthopedic issues with my back & legs. My orthopedicsurgeon recommended steroid shots, pain medication & surgery toalleviate the symptoms & pain. I consciously made the choice to seekan alternative with massage therapy because I had literally triedeverything else including physical therapy. I have received someamazing benefits not only in relieving the pain but the ability towalk & sit much more comfortably than I have in a very long time. Myorthopedic surgeon has been amazed with the results & continues to seemarked improvement. I am now going to incorporate individual yogaclasses to further increase the range of motion and flexibility in myspine/legs. Thank you Resilience and Angela for the amazing work youdo!!!
