Autumn is absolutely amazing and has such an incredibly powerful energy. She is a sweetheart and utilizes multiple modalities during a massage with no extra charges. I recommend her to anyone that asks. She's worked with a few of my injuries as well and today I'm happily injury free. She is the best!

Before coming to Rescue Room I was experiencing pain and discomfort throughout different areas of my body. I explained to Autumn what was bothering me and gave her brief background about my injury history and activity level. Autumn was able to target each area that was giving me trouble and I walked out feeling refreshed and recharged. Autumn is amazing! I have had massages on a regular basis for the past few years. I have had ongoing back issues for a while now and massage is one of the only things that has helped me. I recently moved and needed to find someone new down on the Cape. Given my prior back injury, I am VERY particular on who I'll see, because I am always nervous of making it worse or something going wrong. I researched online for a while, calling multiple different companies/spas and asking questions, reading reviews, etc etc. And I can tell you I am so happy to have found Autumn and the Rescue Room! She was very knowledgable, has many years of experience, and made me feel very confident she knew what she was doing. Her massage was great, a mix of relaxation and deep tissue for releasing the tension, which is exactly what I enjoy and need. You can also tell she's very passionate about her career, which makes a big difference to me. She checked in a couple times to make sure the pressure was okay and that I was comfortable and relaxed. Overall a wonderful experience and I am happy to write this review and recommend her to anyone looking for a talented massage therapist!
