Autumn was fantastic! I could tell she has extensive knowledge of the body and different massage techniques. She knew just where I needed extra attention and love without me having to say a word. I loved how she tied in a gratitude practice at the end, I left feeling open and relaxed with a smile on my face!

I had a 1.5 hour long massage, it was wonderful ! Very relaxing, GREAT pressure, and super clean ! I loved the coconut oil she used during the massage. Not only was it a great massage but it was spiritually positive. Highly recommend! Super friendly !

I had major back surgery 3 weeks ago. Ive been prescribed pain medication and restricted activity I needed to refresh my muscles , body and mind. After my massage with Autumn from the Rescue Room, my pain level dropped significantly. Autumns therapy treatments work better than any other medicine out there 😊. Being in the service industry word travels fast, I have no doubt this company will be a long standing establishment here to work out every sore muscle that comes along!

I had a great experience ! I was able to get an appointment quickly. I was welcomed into a peaceful- serene- clean atmosphere. I scheduled a facial and was sowell taken care of. I felt like I had a great consultation/conversation about my skin and all of the products felt great and my skin looked amazing. An addedbonus of an upper body massage was just what I needed between product changes. I was sent home with great information and a sample of a few products. I can'twait to go back !!

I pinched a nerve in my neck and couldn't look over my left shoulder...this happened during the middle of my Self Defense Teacher-Training Certificate. On my lunch break, Autumn fit me into her schedule and worked wonders on my left shoulder..I jumped back into the training and everyone (including myself) was amazed to see how well my neck movement had improved. Autumn has an incredible gift; she can seek out injuries in the body and restore them. I could go on and on..Overall, I just feel so blessed that she has become a part of my life and self-care routine. Not to mention, her space is so relaxing and she's just quite simply, a wonderful human being :)
