Republic Aerial Yoga is the most fun you will ever have doing Yoga. It's like getting to be a kid again, but while doing the things you need to do as an adult to remain functional in everyday life.

Likely needed a 1 hour class a d a bit cooler room (but that's just me). I signed up for another aerial intro class for next weekend with Michelle, who was a great instructor! And I signed up for Moon Salutation Flow. I'm also hoping to make it to a sound chakra, but I live in Clear Lake.
