I've been to for several months and met many of the instructors. The classes are informative, fun and reasonably priced. I've brought a few friends and told many others about it.

First of all, the ambience was very welcoming and relaxing even though it's a small foyer. Very pleasant owner. Clean. The actual class was so awesome & the instructor was very good.

Studio is lovely and super clean and offers great amenities. Owner and staff are dedicated to each visitor and member having a successful, safe, and fun experience while learning about what they are doing. Owner very experienced and knowledgeable and staff are very well trained. Very friendly and welcoming. Anyone can do the postures and help is always close by. Many classes to choose from and all levels will find something just right for them. Also note, Seniors very welcome here.
