Angela is a wonderful instructor who makes difficulties possible and fun to push boundaries with. I've gone twice for her classes and thoroughly enjoyed both.

i gave a 10/10 bc of the Easy to use online schedule, various morning classes throughout the week, experienced and helpful instructors, great facility with matted floors, plenty of towels and equipment to use, scented towels at the end are wonderful and 25/2wk deal is a bargain for new students to be introduced

My friend had kept telling me to join him, he kept saying how relaxing it was and I kept brushing it off. Then my wife started going and said how sweaty and fun it was so I went in with low expectations, Jennifer was so nice and explained everything so well and the end result was awesome.

I love the atmosphere at Renu, it's calming and relaxing. Angela is my favorite teacher there, I always recommend her classes.
