Instructor is always warm and knows me by name. Opened the door for me at the start of class even though she had just locked it (I got there a minute late). No pressure class that was perfectly paced. Loved her insights and the cold towel at the end.

The actual room and instructors are wonderful. I didn't give it a perfect score because of the shower situation. Having the shower in with the toilet and only having 2 available that I know of makes it not accessible to shower after practice before having to go to work. Also, the locker room being a shared space makes it so I have to go in the bathroom to take my wet underwear off. There should be a changing area available. I'm cool walking around nude, but I don't think everyone is cool with me doing that.
