• From the moment I walked into Release, I was greeted with a warm “Good morning” and a “Happy Birthday!”—it instantly set the tone for my day. When I got to my locker, I found a birthday card waiting for me. And the Bliss Room… so serene. It was everything I needed. And then came the massage—wow!

• Renee was amazing very gentle and knowledgeable, I was very lucky to get her!! The bliss area was magical. My only suggestion is padding the lounge chairs in the salt room, I couldn’t get comfortable with my angles hitting the metal

• I love relaxing a bit in all the rooms -- salt, sun sauna, and steam room. Junny was an amazing masseuse. I will definitely ask for her every time
