• Very friendly check in staff and easy process that included a tour to get us started. Bliss rooms available prior to service were easily accessible and very relaxing. My only complaint would be that the gathering room was a bit loud with a group of women chatting as we could here them in the steam room. Esthetician was great, gave me some good skin tips and product recommendations, amazing facial. Thank you for a relaxing day!
