• Melissa is an amazing coach. I love her conditioning classes. She's very sensitive and supportive to injuries, ensuring you get a great workout, no matter what your limitations. Beyond today's class, I love the variety of classes. The staff is always smiling, friendly, helpful and best of all welcoming. I tell my friends the best part about Release is it has everything you need for well being. Access to Bliss as a member is game changing as well as the discounts to the additional wellness services and workshops.

It's a very clean and relaxing space with excellent facilities.I had done higher dimensional massage /combo alternating healing with Wayne and I had an amazing experience and felt very relaxed and could feel a very positive and healthy change after doing it.
