• Despite arriving 20 minutes before my first appointment, checking in & getting a key to my locker took so much time at the front desk that my facial started 13 minutes late. I arrived at 12:25pm for my 12:45pm facial. The front desk attendant was kind & hospitable but slow & distracted. My facial started at 12:58pm. I came with my friend who also had the same experience even though she checked in online prior to arriving on time.
