I had a wonderful first experience. The staff was knowledgeable (and friendly), the process was smooth, and it was a calm environment. Highly recommend.
I've often found the front desk people to be less than welcoming. (I soon stopped making contact, so I might not have given them enough of a chance and/or they may have changed for the better since I first developed this opinion. Also, I recently referred an older person (in his 80s) and he was discouraged 🫤 by the procedures needed to get started. I know that Kat is willing and able to help us oldsters supportively cut through the processes and make it feel simple and smooth. I wish my friend could have seen her. I love a lot of stuff about Rejuv though.
