Tough workouts that can be scaled for any fitness level. Theprogramming has rhyme and reason, and tests your various abilities. Extremely clean environment, which I find vitally important in today's current state. Coaches and daycare attendants are professional and always early so I can get my warm up in before class. State of the art equipment. The coaching staff really know how and when to push you throughout the workouts. Highly recommend RedZone.
