Workouts are great. I would love more availability for classes with child care. Also my child wants more cars to play with
Red Zone is awesome.. Classes are challenging.. Coaches work on form and pushing you to your potential. Other members are supportive and friendly..its a great place!
Tough workouts that can be scaled for any fitness level. Theprogramming has rhyme and reason, and tests your various abilities. Extremely clean environment, which I find vitally important in today's current state. Coaches and daycare attendants are professional and always early so I can get my warm up in before class. State of the art equipment. The coaching staff really know how and when to push you throughout the workouts. Highly recommend RedZone.
