I've been going to Red Lotus Yoga for over a year and it is amazing. I've grown so much in my yoga practice, in my spirituality (although you don't need to be spiritual to practice yoga here!), and in just life in general. I love the community; it gives me a sense of home. And everyone is SO WELCOMING.

Loved the Instruction of Brian and adaption of teaching to all levels . Helpful poses to open hips especially since I ran 5 miles day before . I liked the 10:30 time slot
