Red Lotus Yoga is my home away from home. One of a few yoga studios across the country that is truly a community behind its doors. Authentic but real. I don't really think they realize what a huge difference they make, but there's never been a better time to make time for their classes, their teachers and their ability to help you find peace in your body and mind.
