Red Lotus is my yoga studio and Brian is my teacher. I've been absent because I have had Long Covid the past two years...fatigue.

I like the instructors ans Brian wS great 2day. I like being able to use zoom altho for unknown reasons I can't get sound on my phone. I had 2 other non-related zoom classes 2day with no problem. But the ted lotus zoom I can't get sound on.

Everyone at the studio is kind and welcoming. Your teachers are well trained and sensitive to the needs of each and every student. It's a wonderful place to experience all the benefits of yoga regardless of the type of class you prefer.
