The instructor and receptionist were really kind, and the class was wonderful. The studio is exactly what I was looking for where there is meaning behind the practice vs. just a workout and feels like a community.

Although I found the challenge of this vinyasa class invigorating and energizing as a fit person, I would not recommend taking this class without any yoga experience or before bedtime. Red lotus is one of my favorite local yoga studios for its community and diverse beginner to advanced class offerings.
