The studio lobby/retail area is cheerful and organized The young man at the reception desk was so pleasant he actually walked me back to the classroom the workshop I had signed up for was to take place in. Our instructor Sherry was caring, interested as well as interesting. Overall very friendly vibe.

I love Red Lotus and Brian Granader. I am grateful for the zoom classes as it fits my Sunday schedule better. And finally I love the zoom classes too because I will be moving to another state soon and being able to take class with Red Lotus virtually is such a comfort.

I've been coming to Red Lotus for maybe 8 years (?) now and I'm never disappointed. I'm 68 years old with miscellaneous aches and pains and the stretching and basic yoga helps me feel my best.
