Holly is a wonderful instructor (yogi?). She is also very encouraging and helps students with accommodations if unable to perform the pose. She has a gentle and affirming voice.

The yoga instructors are well educated and passionate about the traditional yogic approach with a modern spin. I like the classes that are more mindfully focused, that being said I'm always shown beginner, intermediate and experienced variations of postures. The space is welcoming and the instructors push you to learn and experience yoga in a safe and secure environment. I always recommend Red Lotus to new and experienced people practicing yoga. 🧘‍♀️
