The yoga instructors are well educated and passionate about the traditional yogic approach with a modern spin. I like the classes that are more mindfully focused, that being said I'm always shown beginner, intermediate and experienced variations of postures. The space is welcoming and the instructors push you to learn and experience yoga in a safe and secure environment. I always recommend Red Lotus to new and experienced people practicing yoga. 🧘‍♀️

Always enjoy Brian's classes. I would like a refresh on the prerecorded classes. Been in florida a month and would have liked more variety with those. They have been the same for years.

Jenn's class is the best. She is such a great instructor. I can tell she puts the time into what she is going to teach each Saturday. The focus is on the moves and how they benefit one's body. I like that approach.
