I participate in the online, live streaming yoga classes at Red Lotus. I live that the studio classes are live and online which enables me to participate in many classes per week which I would not, otherwise, be able to do with my varied schedule and the location distance of your studio from my home/work. The yoga instructors are all awesome in their ability to instruct the different yoga positions, their kind and caring attitude towards the students and also the acknowledgement of the online students each class. The monthly, unlimited yoga classes for $105 per month is a big benefit for me which enables and encourages me (and likely others) to participate as often as possible and stay engaged as a Red Lotus member since it is working so well for me (schedule, many class options, ease of attending due to being at home online, great yoga instructors that also add affirmations and positive stories and class feedback that allows and enables connection between student and teacher. Thank you for this continued offering. I suggest that you, if you so not already, advertise your online yoga classes throughout Michigan and also Nationally for expansion of your yoga students. Colleges might be a positive target area since the yoga can be done in their dorm room and it is needed by students to relax, reduce stress and tension, along with the need to move their bodies due to sitting so much in class and studying. Just a thought! 😊
