Great experience. As a high school student, the invite for a free class was much needed. It is sometimes difficult to pay for memberships to gyms /studios. The facility was clean, welcoming, warm... and the class (slow flow) was excellent

I especially like the Nina and other special sessions with the higher "spirituality" component and shirvasina / gong or whatever at the end. I have noticed other studios skip srivasina or just breeze quickly thru it.
