The studio has a warm, friendly vibe. Front desk staff person was very kind and helpful. And I really enjoyed Brian's class - it was challenging, but I felt supported through the poses through his verbal cues and humor. I appreciated all the anatomy he provided and the reminders to breathe and connect.
