The Basic Yoga class taught today, Saturday, (me viewing it on Zoom as usual) by Jenn at 10 a.m., was easy to follow, full of encouraging and affirming words, contained a good overall balance and full coverage of different positions for many areas of the body, and flowed nicely and in a timely manner. Jenn ALWAYS has a positive attitude, welcoming, pleasant, friendly and gentle spirit and demeanor and also portrays confidence in her teaching of the various yoga positions within each practice/class. It definitely is a "10"! 👏��🧘‍♀️
