instructor on saturday morning (January 17th) was excellent... A+ for very clear instructions. continue to love the dark room and loud music. the only reason it's a 9 and not a 10 is because the heaters came on during my non-hot class for the next (hot) class approximately 20 minutes before my class ended and it was almost immediately much too warm for my taste!
Rebal Yoga is the best yoga expoerience with its excellent instructors, likely music and engaging flows
I've taken 2 Rebel Restore classes at the Thornwood studio and both were lovely. Last night's class, with Elise, was fantastic: the addition of the sound bowls was really great and made the session more special, and I hope that my schedule allows for me to attend in the future. Elise was a great instructor and I left the class feeling refreshed and centered.
Rebel Yoga, especially its coaches, is awesome!!!
